Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) is a group of interrelated public health issues that are of particular interest to international development programs. Clean, accessible water and adequate sanitation for everyone is important for better livelihood. Despite of sufficient fresh water, millions of people lose their life from water-borne diseases as well as for poor status of sanitation and hygiene; children and elderly people are mostly affected. SAWAB works for water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) to improve the life of Bangladeshi marginalized people and of Rohingya community with access to safe drinking water, improved sanitation, and hygiene practices.

WASH Project has components like:

  • Installation of Water Well
  • Building of Wudu Place & low cost latrine
  • Distribution of Hygiene Kits
  • Arrange Awareness campaign
  • Motivational Training & Social Mobilization
