Position: Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts
Organization: SAWAB (Social Agency for Welfare and Advancement in Bangladesh)
Location: Head Office, Dhaka

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CA (CC) or CMA (Part Qualified) will be given preference
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts; experience in the NGO sector is preferred
Strong knowledge of VAT, Taxation, and NGOAB compliance
Proficiency in Tally ERP and/or Quick Books is required
Age: 30-40 Years’
Salary: BDT 35,000-57,000 (as per policy of SAWAB)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
Prepare plan, budgets and comprehensive financial reports.
Handle disbursements, banking operations, and fund transfers efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations, including tax and VAT regulations.
Support internal and external audits through timely reporting and financial monitoring.
