- Monitored construction activities to ensure technical, safety, and donor compliance.
- Assisted in BOQs, cost estimates, and material planning.
- Coordinated with contractors and site teams to ensure quality and timely progress.
- Maintained site records, progress reports, and documentation.
- Supported inspections, as-built drawings, and community engagement activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Coordinator – Education Program (02)

- Experience: 2–5 years (NGO/INGO/Development sector)
- Oversee daily operations of 50 learning centers in Cox’s Bazar camps to ensure quality education delivery.
- Support and supervise teachers through guidance, planning, and performance monitoring.
- Track student attendance, progress, and learning outcomes with proper reporting.
- Coordinate with community members, parents, and stakeholders to ensure inclusive participation.
- Ensure compliance with SAWAB education standards, donor guidelines, and safeguarding policies.
- Prepare Sector, donor and official report as per direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in English or related field from a recognized university.
- Additional training or certification in Education Management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the education context in Cox’s Bazar.
- Good command of English and Bangla (dialect is an asset).
Assistant Manager – Programs (01)
Area Office, Balukhali, Ukhia, Cox’s Bazar
Quick Info
- Experience: 3–5 years (Cox’s Bazar/Rohingya response preferred)
- Discipline: Development / Management / Social Science
- Build and manage partnerships with INGOs, donors, local NGOs, and government authorities.
- Lead planning, budgeting, and implementation of multi-sector programs.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports, proposals, evaluations, and official documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
- Supervise staff and volunteers and support emergency response coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferred.
- Strong coordination, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- MS Office proficiency + reporting systems (4W/5W asset).
