SAWAB introduced this programme in 2010. At the beginning the number of beneficiaries was 300 individuals, which stood 1500 in 2012 and 480 in 2013. This programme mainly provides food and clothes to the poor Muslims. This contribution helps them to fast during Ramadan stress free. New clothes for the poverty stricken people become the gift of the holy Eid-ul-Fitre which makes them happy for that specific day. In 2012 this programme was operated in 44 districts and in 2013 in 12 districts in the country.
SAWAB began to implement this programme since 2010. At the beginning the number of beneficiaries was 14,000 individuals, which rose to 61,500 in 2012 and 82,550 in 2013. This programme mainly provides meat for the needy people who are unable to sacrifice their favourite animal in the holy Eid-ul-Azha. This programme was operated in 44 districts in 2012 and in 47 districts in 2013. A comparison of beneficiary families and a comparison of sacrificed animals have been shown bellow.
